This policy explains what data we process when selling OfficeForge.
At purchase — your email and name/company (to deliver the license key and provide support) and license details. Payment data (card) is handled by the payment provider (Paddle outside RU/CIS; an acquiring provider for RU/CIS); we do not store card data.
To deliver the license key by email, provide support, notify you about updates, and keep license records. We do not sell your data.
Our payment provider (payment and tax processing) and our email provider (delivering the key) — only as needed to complete the sale.
The software itself runs on your server; your operational/business data stays with you — we have no access to it.
We keep purchase records for accounting and support. You may request access to or deletion of your data: [email protected].
