These terms govern the purchase and use of OfficeForge — self-hosted software (an "AI team for business") that the customer installs on their own server.
For customers outside Russia/CIS, orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record (reseller): Paddle invoices, collects payment and is responsible for sales tax/VAT. For Russia/CIS the seller is the sole proprietor (see the RU version). Billing questions: [email protected].
Crypto (Kaspa/KAS): if you pay in Kaspa, the payment is settled on-chain and processed manually. The KAS amount is quoted from the USD price at the live rate and locked for 20 minutes; a late payment after that window still counts (contact support with your Order ID). Network fees are not refundable, and refunds are based on the original USD amount — see the Refund Policy.
A purchase grants a one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use OfficeForge for one organization, with up to 5 AI agents. Resale, sublicensing and redistribution are not permitted. The product is self-hosted — customer data stays on the customer's own server.
OfficeForge does not include access to an LLM. The customer connects their own API key (OpenRouter / OpenAI / Anthropic / xAI / Xiaomi MiMo) and pays for model usage directly to that provider.
OfficeForge is a digital product. After payment the license key and access instructions are sent to the buyer's email instantly (typically within minutes). No physical shipment.
The price is a one-time payment; use of the purchased version is perpetual. Updates are included for 12 months; afterwards, continued updates are available via optional renewal.

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchase.
