OfficeForge is a digital software product (a license key, delivered instantly).
If the product does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Because this is a digital license with instant delivery, refunds are reviewed case by case; in cases of clear abuse (obtaining the key and actively using the product) a refund may be declined. For non-Russia/CIS orders refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Kaspa (KAS) payments are settled on-chain and processed manually. The same 14-day policy applies, with these crypto specifics:
• Refunds are calculated on the original USD purchase amount ($199), not on the KAS quantity — the KAS/USD rate moves, so we don't refund a fixed KAS amount one-for-one.
• Network (miner) fees are non-refundable.
• Overpayments (you sent more KAS than the quoted amount): your license is issued normally; the extra may be refunded manually or credited at our discretion — contact support with your Order ID.
• Late payments that arrive after the 20-minute quote expired still count — write us with your Order ID and we'll complete the order by hand.
